How hiring works at Tayeb
1. Application
Send your CV and a short note to [email protected]. Tell us what you would build first if you joined.
2. Intro call
A thirty minute call with the hiring manager. No trick questions, just a conversation about what you've done and what you want next.
3. Practical exercise
A short paid take home or live working session that mirrors a real Tayeb problem. We respect your time and cap it at four hours.
4. Team interviews
Two or three meetings with your future teammates. You will also get a chance to interview us.
5. Offer
A written offer with a clear breakdown of salary, equity and benefits. We aim to send offers within a week of the final interview.
